14.12. How to send a support request

To send a support request, go to turgutsaricam’s profile page on CodeCanyon and, by using the contact form in that page, send an email to us.

Important

The support is provided only to the users who bought the plugin. You must send your support request after you login to CodeCanyon by using the user account with which you bought the plugin.

Important

The support requests must be sent by using the contact form on CodeCanyon. Support requests sent directly are not taken into account.
